COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the U.s. Motors U25L9C parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued U.s.-Motors products, including obsoleted and phased-out Unitronics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ue product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader U.s.-Motors such as the WDS5P1ACR spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VISION280 manufactured by Unitronics and we are pleased to be able to service most Unitronics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature J4023589929 by Manufacturer Ue as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Valmet Brand PICT09125100 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Unipak such as 2043PMUD3 equipment made by Unipak have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Unipak products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Unipak" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SPSK7571 made by Uni-Bridge-Logic as well as the popular 530085 original spares produced by Valworx Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NXS00346A2L0SSSA9A2000000 by Vacon and 2043PMUD3 spares by Unipak are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BMU1P2D Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Us-Motors. |
